The Band’s most well known organization is our Marching Band. In our twentieth year of competition, we have earned more than 600 awards,
citations and proclamations. All musicians are members of both the Concert Band and the Marching Band. Weekly rehearsals begin in March
for incoming members. Weekly rehearsals for the full Band begin in May.
Through the Summer we rehearse one evening a week until Band Camp. Band
Camp is held at the High School for five days the week before the start of school. During the Fall rehearsals are held on Tuesday and
Thursday evenings and Saturdays. Performances include home football games and approximately 13 competitions throughout the Northeast. The
Marching Band is comprised of three sections: winds, percussion and colorguard.
