September 18 2011 - Brentwood

Take Sunrise Hwy East to Bay Shore. Take Fifth Avenue North. Cross over Southern State. At the Fifth ligfht turn right - this is where the Hess Gas Station is. This will be Third Avenue. Take this to the third light and turn right onto First St. At the flashing red light make a right into the Brentwood Campus

October 29, 2011 - Phoenix

Directions to Phoenix Firebird Fall Fantasy:

To JCB (Phoenix) High School:
From the South: Take Route 81 North to Route 481. [If coming from south of Syracuse get off at the first 481 exit south of the city to avoid construction.] Take 481 to exit 14, Rt. 264 Phoenix/Mexico. Turn left (West) at the top of the ramp. Cross the railroad tracks into the village. [Spectator parking at EJ Dillon Middle School is a bit further on the left] Look for the sign at Davis St, an angle right just past the Middle School. Take that to Rt 57 and turn right. The school is about 200 yards up the road. If you miss Davis St. don’t panic. Just continue to the light and turn right. The school will be about ¼ mile on the right.
From the East: Take the Thruway to Exit 34A Rt. 481. Take 481 North toward Oswego. Follow the above directions from there. [You are entering on Exit 6 so Exit 7 will be next if you are going in the right direction.]
From the West: Take the Thruway to Exit 39 Syracuse/Baldwinsville Rt. 690. After the toll booth stay to the left and take 690 North toward Fulton/Oswego. Go North. 690 will change to 48 North at Hencle Rd. in 6.9 miles. There is a light there. Continue straight!!!! In exactly 2 miles you will come to another light at Lamson Road. [There is a Valero Station on the opposite corner.] Turn Right (East). In 3.1 miles you will be at the 5 corners in the village of Phoenix. A Nice n Easy will be on your left. Turn left at the light onto Rt. 57 (North) The High School is about ¼ mile on the right. Spectators should continue across at the light onto Rt. 264. EJ Dillon is about ¾ mile on the right. Park there for the shuttles to the high school

10/2/11 - LINDENHURST MIDDLE SCHOOL

Location: The Lindenhurst Middle School
350 South Wellwood Avenue – south of West Gates Avenue
Lindenhurst, NY 11757
Buses will be parked in front of the Middle School

Trucks/trailers however will be parked at the school directly behind our Middle School

PLEASE NOTE

We have a slight logistical issue. The Lindenhurst Kiwanis club is holding their annual Oktoberfest street fair on Wellwood Avenue.
Wellwood Avenue will be closed north of West Gates Avenue between 10 am and 7pm.
That said, in order to access the Middle School please enter Wellwood Avenue from the South via Montauk Highway NY Route 27A.
Alleghany school may also be accessed from Montauk Highway turning north onto Delaware Avenue then turning left onto Bond Street.
The school is at the end of Bond Street.

1. Long Island Expressway (495) to Route 110 (Exit 49N), Or Northern State Parkway to Route 110 (Exit 40N)

2. North on Route 110

3. Continue North past Walt Whitman Mall to Jericho Turnpike.

4. Left on Jericho Turnpike (West). Continue on Jericho to Oakwood Road on your right.

5. Turn right on Oakwood Road. Continue north on Oakwood. You will see the following: - Stimson Junior High School - on the left - Cross over railroad tracks - Cross over Pulaski Road - Jefferson Elementary School - on the left

6. Turn right at the next light. (McKay Road). The entrance to Huntington High School is off McKay Road, to your left, as soon as you make the turn onto McKay Road.

Long Island Expressway to New Hyde Park Road South Exit 26 South
Go South on New Hyde Park Road…stay to your left until you reach Marcus Ave (Pathmark on the right )

Follow Marcus until you come to a big intersection
This will be Hillside Ave, Marcus Ave and Denton Ave – by now you will see the stadium lights
Bear right ---if you stay left it will be Marcus Ave – Right becomes Denton Ave

Proceed South on Denton – follow the traffic to the show.
Parking is a bit of a walk so be prepared

October 23, 2011 - USSBA Championship @ Hofstra University Show starts @ 1

Directions to Hofstra University

Show Starts 1 pm

take the Southern State Parkway West to the Meadowbrook Parkway North (Exit 22N) ... Stay on the Meadowbrook Parkway until Exit M4 (sign reads "Hempstead" and "Coliseum") – go WEST
From Exit M4 of the Meadowbrook Parkway you will be on Route 24 West (Hempstead Turnpike) ... Stay on 24W for about one mile ... Pass Nassau Coliseum ... Hofstra University is on both sides of Hempstead Turnpike ... You will see three overhead walkways ..
Turn left onto Uniondale Avenue just past the McDonalds and just before the first overhead walkway.
Parking is on the right after the stadium

Copiague performs near the end of the show at around 4 pm…do not be late and miss us!!!!
