Throughout our history, our Band has received outstanding from our Administration and our School Board. Our principal¹s have provided the daily encouragement needed to sustain the effort for over twenty years. From Art Gressel who chaperoned our first competition, Bill Walker who Chaperoned our first trip to Florida, Ben Dachs came to the Dome year after year, Mike Hodgkiss who was always a great support, and now Albert Voorneveld whose encouragement carries on the tradition, we have been supported at our High School.
Copiague Board of Education
The Copiague Board of Education has been instrumental in providing the funding needed to support the goals of the band. Being named one of the Best 100 Communities for Music Education in the Nation is a testament to their ongoing support.
